Totally For Troops Planning Calendar (2010-11)

Board Meeting to plan cardmaking projects, assess needs for the coming year, review previous 2010 accomplishments, and update list of units that are and will be supported. Publish quarterly
Cardist. |
| February - March |
Work on assorted theme and all-occasion cards. |
| April - May |
Quarterly Board meeting in April. Publish quarterly Cardist. Continue making and shipping all-occasion cards to deployed units. |
| June |
summer break . |
| July |
Publish quarterly Cardist. Quarterly Board meeting in July to design Christmas prototypes, assemble supplies, set up local workshops, obtain “wish lists” from unit commanders, publish production goals |
| August - September |
Christmas/holiday cardmaking push begins and continues. |
| October |
Quarterly Board meeting. World Card Making Day is Oct 1st. Christmas/holiday card wrap-up with mailing Oct 4-7, 2011. Cards must be received at our main location by October 3, 2011. Publish quarterly Cardist. |

Happy Thanksgiving |
| December |
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays |
